I finally got the success with only using SD card for cache in eboostr. I tried to simply autoconfig and load up unmanaged memory AND sd card at the same time, but i still got the same result of slower boot up. I believe the reason is that during start up, the unmanaged memory needs to be replenished by eboostr and therefore takes more time to boot up.
